This multiformer from GEA / CFS / Koppens is very suitable for forming different types of products, from hamburgers to nuggets. Both round and rectangular shapes can be made with this molding machine. These burger formers can be widely used in various sectors such as the bakery, butcher shop, convenience, snack, salad, cheese, vegetables, fruit, meat products, fish, vegan, vegetarian, baby food and pet food industry. The automatic patty former has a large 200L feed hopper where the product is moved into the mold with four screws. The mold is then slid above the conveyor belt, after which the pneumatic ejector pushes the product out of the mold onto the conveyor belt. This forming machine can easily be placed in the production line. The molding machine is completely made of stainless steel.
