Gebruikte Esteryfil model BM211 RVS kaars “kieselgur” filter. Heeft (211) verticale RVS kaarsen diameter 14 mm waardoor filtratie netto capaciteit 35 vierkante meter, met kiezelgoerlaag wordt de filtratiecapaciteit uitgebreid tot 65 m². Heeft een roestvrijstalen (Aisi 304) verticale geschroefde bovenkop en een conisch gelaste onderkop met een klepdiameter van ca. 300 mm voor cakelossing nominaal max. 4 bar druk. Op de bovenkant van het vat is een vibratiemotor gemonteerd voor gemakkelijke cakeafvoer. Inclusief roestvrijstalen tank, pomp, blazer en bedieningspaneel. Alles gemonteerd op RVS frame. Filtercapaciteit 4000 tot 8000 liter/uur afhankelijk van type product en fijnheid van filtratie.
