MACHINE POUR L'INSPECTION OPTIQUE DE CARTES ÉLECTRONIQUES.

Le SMDVISIO est un système de microscope robotique permettant d'inspecter le bon assemblage des composants SMD ou PTH sur la carte électronique.

SMDVISIO permet de simplifier les opérations relatives à l'inspection du circuit imprimé en fournissant avec l'image agrandie du composant, les données du composant obtenues à partir de la table d'assemblage (nom, valeur, coordonnées, rotation, etc.) et un échantillon d'image préalablement acquis à partir de la carte d’échantillon.

En comparant ces informations, vous pouvez facilement vérifier l'exactitude de l'assemblage.

SMDVISIO est un excellent support de certification qualité puisque le contrôle est réalisé directement par un opérateur qualifié et évitant ainsi les incertitudes liées au contrôle automatique soumis à des variables impondérables.
