This mixer is designed for mixing meat, poultry, fish and other types of food products. It is designed to mix products so that sauces, spices and other food additives are homogenized. This is achieved because the pallets rotate into each other and at the same time have a small difference in height between them. The product is inserted through a loading device and after its process, the double pallet system leads it to the exit. The outlet system is placed at the bottom of the tank, at the front of the machine.

The product after mixing can be emptied into a 200 liter bin through a special opening placed on the lowest point of the front face. On top, a special protective cover is placed. The protective cover and product discharge opening are air operated. The speed and direction of the paddles, as well as the vacuum percentage, can be adjusted from the machine control. Also the opening and closing of the lids and the pusher for the 200 L bin.

Vanes can run clockwise or counterclockwise. The machine is equipped with variable speed operation.
