LASKA mixer-grinders are distinguished by the unique angular construction of the feed screw and the working screw; the material is transported by the feed screw – which rotates slowly – to the working screw, after which it is crushed to the desired size. This unique construction guarantees a high product quality thanks to clear and sharp cutting lines and prevents any damage, greasing and heating of the product to be cut.

LASKA grinder mixers are suitable for the production of cooked/raw sausages, pies, fish, soups and sauces, cheese and butter, fruit and vegetables, animal feed and sweets.
