There are 12 Comitrol processors to meet production requirements and provide numerous configuration possibilities with a wide range of feed and exhaust devices. Each model is designed for a single, continuous pass that does not require operator intervention.

Dimensional reduction is accomplished by cutting the product without any contact between two metal parts. The absence of random particle movement ensures highly efficient grinding in a single pass.

The Comitrol Model 1700 processor can accommodate all three types of reduction heads (shown at left). It is recommended for fluid, dry and semi-moist products such as textured vegetable proteins, peanut butter, flour and cheese.
