Linea di formatura e riempimento di bottiglie in PET da 1 L usata Krupp / Kuggler / Krones. Nuovo 1996. Composto dalle seguenti attrezzature: soffiatore PET, prodotto da Krupp CORPOPLAST nel 1996, capacità 3500 BPH, 4 stampi; riempitrice tipo Kugler con 8 teste lineari, riempimento volumetrico, capacità 4000 BPH, con tampone prodotto da 200 L; tappatore tipo Kugler con testa vibrante, solo tappi a pressione, capacità 4100 BPH; etichettatrice, con etichette pretagliate, Krones Rotina K47, capacità 4500 BPH con adesivo a freddo Syntac 6834; fardellatrice, formato 2X3 bottiglie, film termoretraibile 420X0,06 mm, capacità 5000 BPH. Convogliatore pneumatico per bottiglie. La linea ha ca. 60000 ore di funzionamento. Usato per olio commestibile. Adatto anche per altri prodotti – acqua naturale, bibite analcoliche non gassate, succhi di frutta/verdura a bassa viscosità.
