Gebruikte Fryma model VME -700 RVS homogeniserende vacuüm mixer/verwerkingsinstallatie. 500 liter (185 US gallon) batchcapaciteit. Totale capaciteit van het schip ca. 1000 liter. Intern nominaal volvacuüm/1 bar max. druk en max. 150 °C. temperatuur. Koolstofstalen mantel (met roestvrij staal bekleed) nominaal 3 bar max. druk en max. 150 °C. temperatuur. 304 roestvrijstalen productcontactoppervlakken. Unit uitgerust met 3 roerwerken Ankerroerwerk met bodem- en zijwandschrapers, hoge snelheid 2 schijvenoplosser en getande colloïdmolen. Ankerroerwerk aangedreven door Bauknecht 11kW/380V/50Hz el. motor, getande colloïdmolen aangedreven door 18,5kW/380V/5Hz el. motor. Bevat ook een roestvrijstalen Hilge centrifugaalpomp voor het afvoeren van gemengd product. Gemonteerd op frame met hydraulisch aggregaat voor het optillen van het deksel. Inclusief bedieningspaneel.
