Inclusief gebruikte fabriek voor de productie van ethanol, DDG's en glucosesiropen. Plant produceert ethylalcohol voor de voedings- en farmaceutische industrie, technische alcohol, gedroogde destillatiegranen (diervoeder) en dextrine als basis voor lijmen.
Productielijn werd gemaakt in 2005 met de volgende capaciteiten:

- Ethylalcohol: 30.000 liter/dag of 10.971.000 liter/jaar
- Technische Alcohol: 3340 liter/dag of 1.219.100 liter/jaar
- 22 ton/dag of 8200 ton/jaar vaste fracties: 3000 ton/jaar dextrine en 5200 ton/jaar toevoegingsmiddel - DDG's (Dried Distillers Grains)

De installatie heeft 1300 m3 vergisters.

– Ethylalcohol – 30 m3 per dag of 10 971 000 l/jaar

– Technische alcohol – 3,34 m3/dag of 1 219 100 l/jaar

– 8 200 t/j vaste fracties: 3 000 t/j dextrine en 5 200 t/j toevoegingsmiddel – DDG's of 22 t/dag totaal;

– Eigen aardgasstoominstallatie

40 vakbekwame medewerkers, werkend in ploegen – 24 uur
