1 Gebruikte Microthermics UHT/HTST Lab 25 DIPW Directe stoompasteur. De machine is oorspronkelijk vervaardigd in 2015 en is ontworpen voor directe stoominjectie en indirecte procesverwarming, evenals vacuümkoeling/ontluchting. Wordt geleverd met PLC-touchscreen voor instrumentatie – geautomatiseerde bedieningselementen voor debiet, productverwarmers en automatische koelingsbedieningen. Geeft ook thermokoppeltemperaturen en productdrukken weer. Uitgerust voor CIP- en SIP-sterilisatie. Vermogen expansievat: MAWP 45 PSIG @ 300°F, MAEWP 15 PSIG @ 300°F, MDMT -20°F @34 PSIG. Machine geschikt voor dagboekmelk, plantaardige melk, eiwitshakes, puddingen, sappen, smoothies, thee, koffie, concentraten. Standaard debiet van 1 – 3 liter per minuut. Kan worden aangesloten op Ultra Clean Fill Hood en Homogenisator.
