The Coldelite Compacta 3005 comes with two cylinders that can be used to make large quantities of fresh ice cream. The cooking or pasteurization takes place at the top while the freezing process takes place at the bottom. Up to 100 kg of ice cream can be produced in one hour. Transferring from top to bottom is easy using the dispensing tap on the front. The combination device is operated via the control panel with display , whereby each cylinder can be controlled individually. For perfect hygiene, the structure is almost entirely made of stainless steel . There is also a hand shower on the top.
