DESCRIPTION:
The "PaG 200 TS" system is a discontinuous loading vertical fluid bed that can be used to dry, granulate, instantaneize powders, to cover and film granules and spheroids with aqueous solutions or alcohol/solvent base solutions.
The "PaG" fluidized bed systems comply with the C.G.M.P. they are designed to work in suction and the air flow is controlled directly by an electronic system without "flaps".

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
The fluidized bed system is a conical / cylindrical container with vertical development with filters at both ends that allow the crossing of an upward laminar flow of filtered and thermally controlled air.
The product container is a truncated cone that contains a product support net. The product is uploaded to the support network. A motorized fan sucks in the air. The product (powders, pellets, granules, etc.) hit by the upward laminar flow of the air, fluidizes in the container in continuous alternation between accelerations due to central upward thrust of the air and decelerations due to lateral fall due to gravity. The fluidized bed allows a perfect mixing of the powders / product and efficient and controlled drying processes. The fluid bed system is equipped with - air expulsion unit, - inlet air filtration unit, - pressure washing unit, - peristaltic vacuum pump for loading granulation solution, - series of bag filters.
