ThermoChuck Systems are essential for probing, characterization and failure analysis of wafers, chips and hybrids at temperatures required for either commercial or MilSpec testing. They also allow the testing of high power chips at ambient and other temperatures.

The TP03010 Systems consist of a single rack mountable controller/heat exchanger unit and a temperature controlled vacuum chuck assembly. The systems are available with various chuck diameters in order to accommodate a variety of wafer sizes for 100mm to 200mm in diameter.

Temptronic ThermoChucks are conductive heating and cooling systems for wafer testing at temperature. Its primary use is for wafer testing in Probe Stations. It is connected to Temptronic TP03010B controller.

Temptronic advanced ThermoChuck Design minimizes low stray capacitance and high electrical resistance to ground, superior Surface Electrical Isolation: >109 Ohms at 500 VDC between surface and ground at +25°C. It has excellent chuck temperature uniformity: ±0.5°C or ±0.5% of set temperature
