Used two roll mill for rubber by Troester Gmbh Co. Kg. (Germany) model WMX12. Mill has two rolls with diameter 400 mm x lenght 1000 mm. Rolls can be cooled/heated, working pressure inside up to 25 bar. Manual adjustment of the gap. Front roll is working with rotation up to 15 rpm, back roll is working with rotation up to 18 rpm. Rolls are driven by gearbox with el. motor 45 kW, 1465 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz. Machine is mounted on carbon steel frame and is equipped with lubrication device by Woerner type BS 30, and electric control panel. Technical documentation included with machine.
