One (1) used 171" (4343mm) Roll Face Sulzer Escher Wyss 2-roll single nip calender stack MFG in 1986. The calendar is equipped with a self loaded driven bottom roll and driven top roll. 23" (584mm) diameter Nipco controlled crown roll with (6) individual controlled pressure zones across the roll face. 36" (914mm) diameter temperature controlled tri pass roll, Temp range top roll 100- 250 degree F. Bottom roll 120-180 degree F. Maximum loading: 800 PLI. Maximum design speed: 3000 fpm. Frame design SEW standard NIPCOmpact. Lodding DST doctor oscillating blade system. Fixed bow Mt. Hope bow roll. Top and Bottom Spare calendar rolls. Available due to plant shut down. All documentation as available.
