This is a Gold Refining Plant / Unit for chemical refining approximately 15kg of Gold Alloy per batch and transform it to fine 999+ pure gold. It is made from IPS in 2015 as a back up unit but it has rarely been used.

This reactor unit is made out of PP (Polypropylene) able to withstand Aqua Regia (combination of Hydrochloric Acid and Nitric Acid).

It is equipped with:

1. a speed controling motor for forward and backwards,

2. control panel,

3. glass Borosilicate Pyrex condenser,

4. diaphram Pumps for loading the acids,

5. trolley for taking out all the material,

6. special hood for storing all chemicals

7. central fume hood connection.

The plant's dimensions are 2,5m Length X 1,1m Width X 3m Height. The rotating tumbler is 75mm Legth X 600mm Diameter with an inlet 110mm and 40mm outlet for the liquid solution. It can work without supervision all night.
