Used Heinkel Hastelloy C4 Inverting Filter Centrifuge. Type HF-300. The inverting filter centrifuge is designed to dewater and dry in one process. This centrifuge uses a filter medium which catches the residual material. Then the filter is inverted to discharge the dried residual material through the end. A video link is available for process description. The bowl is driven by a 7.5 HP hydraulic motor and turns at 3460 rpm to provide 1500 xg of g force. The bowl diameter is 11.81". The filter area is 1.07 sq ft. The bowl is capable of handling 1.7 gallon of product. Overall dimensions of the unit 80"l x 36.5" w x 42" h. Requires 460 vac 3 ph electrical source.
