Has 190 liter (50 US gallon) total capacity with maximum 150 litre (40 US gallon) and minimum 30 litre (8 US gallon) loading capacity. Shell rated 36.25 psi/full vacuum maximum working pressure at 32-282°F. Jacket rated 65.26 psi @ 32-312.8°F. Has slow speed external anchor agitator driven by 2.2 kW (3 HP) 460 volt 3/60 motor. Has internal contra rotating mixing blades driven by 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) 460 volt 3/60 motor. Has bottom entry homogenizer driven by 7.5 kW (10 HP) 460 volt 3/60 motor. Mounted on base with lifting cover, tilting vessel, vacuum pump and circulation pump. Built 2001.
