Used stainless steel vertical pressure leaf filter by Schenk (Germany) type BS600. Filter is designed for work on pressure up to 6 bar at temperature up to 100C. Working volume of tank 320 l. Top bolted. Filter has internal stainless steel filtration insert which consist of 9 filtration round plates with internal diameter 580 mm + 2 end plates and 10 frames with diameter 580 mm x height 40 mm. Filtration surface 5.2 m2. Cake volume 104,5 l. Bottom feeding, bottom discharge of filtrate. Cake has to be removed manually. Machine is mounted on three stainless steel legs.
