Operator Control Panel Complete with 8 Barrel Zones, 4 Die Zones, temp read out, speed pot, water circulation pump digital t Cal 9900 series controllers, Water Cooled Barrel, Extruder is complete with Downstream Gala 7 Under Water Pelletizer with 120 GPM Tempered Water System – Gala 7 is complete with operator control panel, sit glass, water box, general purpose die, agglomerate catcher. Spin away Dewatering Dryer Model 2016 DW – 7.5 HP Pelletizing Head – 3 Spare Dies that have been resurfaced. All slurry line is Stainless Steel and comes with the system. All control wiring has bee n pulled back, marked and tagged. Extruder feed throat is currently being fed with an incline auger and box dumper – System includes day bin for discharge and feed. Includes 3 Stage Witt Classifier. 8″ dia. Inclie Auger – Gaylord Box Dumper – All control wiring is pulled back marked and tagged. System came out out of power August 2020.
