The AirVac DRS 25 is a semi-automatic solder rework station, equipped with a high-efficiency preheater of 16" x 16" dimension, delivering 5000 watts across two zones. It accommodates a board size of 18" x 24", with a top and bottom clearance of 1.0".

The system includes a programmable board cooling system and a nozzle that injects “cool air”. It comes with a desktop computer running Windows 10, complete with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

The station utilizes Thermal Tutor Software, which features an automatic profile build function. It also includes a Leica stereo microscope with a zoom lens and a green/white LED vision system with independent top and bottom adjustment.

The AirVac DRS 25 employs a closed-loop air/gas adjustment using a mass flow controller and offers real-time force placement. It has eight programmable thermocouple channels and provides maintenance and verification.
