This is a liquid filling line with integrated conveyor belt - both the filling machine, cap feeder, and capping machine. Electrical powered/air compressor.

Filling Machine: Four heads self flow automatic filling machine. Filling speed is 15 bottles/minutes with a +/- 1% precision. Made of stainless steel (SUS304). Power: 750W, 110V. Originally designed to fill either 1 gallon D-style bottles, 2.5 gallon F-style bottles and 5 gallon square containers.

Capping Machine: Automatic capping machine (3 clamp type) with automatic cap feeding machine. Capping speed is up to 20 caps/minute. Power: 500W. Designed to fit a 63-70mm cap, but can be adjusted to suit your individual needs.
