Machine has some visible wear; scratches, Axiom graphic on machine faded. Otherwise, machine is in excellent condition.

Up for sale is this Axiom (now owned by Seal) Printseal 1000 Liquid Lamination machine.
If you have researched liquid lamination machines you know these sell new from $20,000+.
We have owned this machine now for a few years and utilized it to liquid laminate banners and other prints.
The machine can handle up to 63" wide media and works very well - you can laminate an entire 150' roll of media in about 50 minutes - simply set the machine, feed the media and let it go.
It has worked flawlessly for us during the two years we have owned it, however we no longer print banners so do not require it.
We were running ClearSheild Liquid Lamination through it, however it can utilize any liquid lamination intended for use in a machine.

One of the best attributes of this machine is it was built to run material vertically as opposed to all of the new machines that run media horizontally and thereby take up much more space in a production environment.
This machine only measures 89"W x 30"D x 64"T and is mounted on heavy duty rolling casters.
Probably the biggest benefit is the built-in cleaning system.
You can see from the supplied images the unit has a sealant tank for the lamination, as well as a second tank and pump for water only.
This pumps water through the machine to clean out the lamination - you only need to wipe dry the trough and dry down the myer bars.

We have also added an additional pump to the water tank for pumping the unclean water out of the tank.
We changed to cleaning water every week by simply attaching a hose to the pump and draining - it only takes about one minute to drain tank.

Again, this machine is in great working condition and we can demonstrate if you need to see.
We have drained the lamination from the sealant tank, filled it with water to clean the pump and hose lines to ensure it would not clog.
Once you have the machine you simply need to drain the water from the sealant tank into the waste water tank, fill with sealant and you are ready to start.
