A Marco AWM is perfect for any kind of prepackaged goods, be it manual packaging of fresh produce or automated high-speed filling of cans, bottles or cartons.

For goods sold in Europe, the "e pesée" standard allows packaging from an average weight. For example, in the case of a 500 g bag of grapes, 490 g would be acceptable provided that the lot contained 510 g trays to balance the average content.

The AWM module, which includes a high-precision balance, is used outside the packaging line. It gives a warning when the weight of a package is different from the predefined tolerances. A unique e-mail alert feature brings another level of reliability, enabling operators to take corrective and effective action quickly, in accordance with the new WELMEC European Directive (Weights and Measures).

AQ compliance can be subjective, but the AWM eliminates uncertainty. We take care of weight and volume control so you do not have to worry about it. The appropriate size and frequency of the samples for control are determined by our unique software, ensuring compliance with relevant laws under all circumstances.
