The Biacore T100 is equipped with the most sensitive sensor that allows the study of interaction of even small compounds, such as small molecule inhibitors and peptides. The fully automated operation and independent temperature control for the detection chamber and sample chamber allows streamline and unattended operation for up to 4 days.

• Analysis time per cycle is typically 2-15 minutes
• Sample types: Low MW drug candidates to high MW proteins (also DNA, RNA, polysaccharides, lipids, cells and viruses), in various sample environment, e.g. DMSO-containing buffers, plasma and serum
• Required sample volume: Injection volume + 20-50µl (application dependent)
• Validated software meeting your regulatory expectations by supporting GxP procedures and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
