Used chamber filter press made by Italprogretti (Italy). Press has 48 polypropylene plates each 800 mm x 800 mm x 55 mm and two end plates what gives a total filtration area about 46.3 M2. Cake volume about 670 l. Unit has central inlet and bottom sludge collector with screw, all designed in stainless steel. Each plate has side liquid outlet with stainless steel side collector. Plates are automatically opened. Press is closed hydraulically, hydraulic device included with machine. Also included electric control panel. Power consumption 4.5 kW. Press is also equipped with two feeding pumps each driven by electric motor 4 kW and safety photocell barrier system. Machine new 1995. Shipping dimensions: length 5500 mm x width 1500 mm x height 2000 mm. Last product – waste waters.
