All machinery is in mint condition and only has around only 8,000 total production hours on it. This line is a PERFECT turn-key line for any blow molder looking to service many Small-Custom Production Orders, Prototype Bottle Design Manufacturing, Testing on New Plastic Resins, or a Beverage Company looking to get started in blowing there own bottles. This package will include all ancillary equipment to operate the Stretch Blow Molding & Pre-Heater line. This includes: a High-Pressure Air Compressor, Air Tank & Filters, Industrial Water Chiller & Air Dyer.

The bottle capacity ranges from: 50ml Bottles to 1000ml Bottles in 18mm to 38mm neck openings and much bottle design capability. We used to line for order sizes 5,000-50,000 per run and test-produced multiple new Bioplastics as well as PET resin. A Full Mold Changeover will take only 40 minutes maximum. The unit offers extreme simplicity and a team can be drained in 1 full day on how to operate & troubleshoot. Machinery manuals included. The line will include: 3 Blow Molds with all neck-inserts, blow shells & backing plates. This line was carefully maintained by all the plant staff.
