DESCRIPTION:
The ‘Monodose 6 stazioni’ is a high-speed semiautomatic filling and closing machine designed to perform dosing, filling and welding operations of small single dose round plastic bottles and vials.

Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.

MAIN FEATURES:
Monobloc machine built in AISI 304 stainless steel for filling and closing different types of strip packages. The filling and welding monobloc is equipped with five 10ml syringes and five filling needles. Units making up the machine: working starwheel with strip supports, syringes, needle lifting unit, strip preheating unit, sealing unit, welded surface forming unit. The machine is set up to accept various types of formats. The production capacity varies according to the characteristics of the product (volume, density, foam formation, etc.) and the composition of the format. The currently installed format is for 6 strips of 5 single-dose plastic vials to be filled with liquid or syrup-type product. Any format change of the strips consists in the replacement of some parts and/or adjustments. A preheating group is installed on the machine, which has the function of blowing hot air on the internal edge of the strip, before the subsequent welding. The heating is obtained through electrical resistances, on which the jet of compressed air is passed. The closing of the strips is obtained by welding, with the passage of the same from the welding station formed by two electric heating resistors, on which the Teflon films are installed which are used for direct contact with the strips.The semi-automatic operation of the machine is guaranteed, during operation in automatic mode, by a PLC which supervises the management of the data detected by the sensors, sequentially activating the actuators of the single activities, if the manual feeding of the strips is guaranteed.
