Volumetric capacity of 300litres, around 280Kgs of coated product
Designed for coating of nuts, almonds, dry fruit, cereal products, hard/soft candy, many different types of centres
Built all in stainless steel, with an INTRALOX Belt of special grade plastic
The rotation of the belt makes the centres spin, whilst liquid chocolate is spread using a set of nozzles
The flow of chocolate from each nozzle, can be independently adjusted
Pneumatic built-in system to automatic clean the nozzles is also included
All controlled by PLC, and different recipes can be set for different products
