The CORIMA AEC212 is a state-of-the-art automatic machine, designed for the dual purpose of inserting plungers and labelling syringes. It operates in a continuous motion, ensuring flawless operational repeatability. Despite its advanced features, it is user-friendly and requires minimal installation space.

The machine is engineered to manage each component with positive logic, offering a high degree of customization with a broad selection of optional units such as vision systems, printing systems, and feeding systems. It exhibits high flexibility and the capacity to process both glass and plastic syringes.

The standard constructional specifications include automatic syringe loading on a roller conveyor and automatic plunger loading either with an elevator and roller conveyor or with a vibrating feeder. The machine operates on a ‘No syringe – No plunger loaded’ principle. It features a fully parameterizable screwing unit and a plunger assembly control.

The external labelling unit is complete with an unwinder, printer lodging, and rewinder of label tape. It manages and controls the label reel, and has an automatic label distribution and application system. It also includes a ‘Label applied’ control.

The machine is equipped with a ‘Good/reject’ product sorter with a motorized flap for high reliability and speed. It automatically rejects and counts each error, collecting them in an external box. It verifies the unloading of compliant and non-compliant products, and unloads and counts compliant products on a guide or by no-contact robotized systems.

The product range of the machine covers syringes from 0.5 to 20 ml, and it can handle up to 12,000 syringes per hour.
