Cremer model 1220 solid dose 12 Lane counter comes with conveyor, indexing, Vibrating product hopper, 15-inch HMI on swing arm, Syntron vibrators which sit under the trays, discharge funnel and 12 optical counting heads. Comes with control panel which can be set for speed, count, pre count, and vibrator settings, over count detection, container back up, no bottle or no air, reject station. This unit can count up to 6,000 tablets/capsules per minute. Electrics: 1/60/220 volts, 90 PSI. Unit comes with Conveyor 100” Long X 4 1/2” Wide and indexing.
