All stainless steel steam jacketed kettle. The kettle is 21" diameter x 18" deep. With a lid. It has a hand crank tilt that's when fully tilted is 11.75" from the floor. The kettle is on a stainless frame with leveling feet. Last used in a food facility. It was completely refurbished then never put back into production. Comes with manual and parts list.
