CNC vertical milling center DECKEL MAHO DMU 60 T, manufactured in 1999 in Germany, is used for precise machining of details with a maximum weight of 350 kg. The milling process takes place on a tilting-rotary table 900 mm long and 500 mm wide and is performed in three axes with feeds of 600 mm (X axis), 525 mm (Y axis) and 500 mm (Z axis).

The machining center also allows for horizontal processing of the detail, thanks to the detachable milling head used in the machine. A significant reduction in machining time and excellent precision is ensured by a high-performance spindle rotating at a maximum speed of 12,000 rpm. The milling center is equipped with, among others: a modern CNC HEIDENHAIN Mill + controller and a post-processor with CAD / CAM software. The total weight of the machine is 4,200 kg.
