Easy to use HMI driven pendulum table sanding machine center for mdf and solid wood doors
Machine uses 2 servo motors for the X and Y axes
X-axis moves from left to right across the two tables, Y-axis move from front to back
Z-axis is controlled by a pneumatic servo valve that uses a load-cell to obtain pressure feedback and maintain the commanded pressure on the working surface
Equipped with a vacuum system on both tables to hold the doors in place while sanding
4 laser measurement devices attached to the side of the machine automatically measures any door that is put on either table
An air knife is attached to the middle, back of the machine to clean off the sander pad in between cycles and when programmed
Machine comes with an area safety scanner attached to the lower, front portion of the machine
Scanner prevents the users from entering an area in front of a table that is currently being sanded on while allowing them to load or unload a door from the table that is not being used
Touch Screen control with easy-to-use custom interface, software designed for cabinet doors allow the operator to work on parametric mode
