All operations such as milling, drilling and thread cutting take place when the profile bar is stationary to protect the profile surface
Stepless processing with all tools from -90° to +90°
Automatic clamp positioning with absolute measuring system
The traveling tool magazine ensures short tool change times and thus optimal machining cycles
The magazine can be equipped with eight tools
Up to two rotary angle heads, each with two different tools (0° – 90° – 180° – 270°) are available for double bar and face machining (option)
Two separate processing zones allow processing in pendulum mode (option). Area protection is provided with a laser scanner on the operator's side for maximum security
