Used 2.5″ 24:1 L/D Graham Engineering Corporation single screw extruder. Model 2524. Electrically heated and air cooled 4-zone barrel with a 42″ centerline height. Has water cooled feedthroat, no hopper included. Driven by a 60 HP 500 volt 1750 rpm DC motor through a Lufkin gearbox with a ratio of 11.26:1. Gearbox is rated at 118 HP at 1750 rpm input and has a 1.97 service factor. Includes stand alone temperature control panel and Quantum III SCR drive unit.
