Used Greerco 50 liter (approx. 13 gallons) Stainless Steel “Agi-Mix” Jacketed Triple Motion Kettle/Reactor. The vessel is jacketed for 40 PSI @ 287 degrees F, and internally rated 15 PSI @ 250 degrees F. National board stamped 2436, Code Stamped. Equipped with a 7.5 HP top-mounted motor for the high-speed homogenizing head, there are two (2) additional top-mounted variable speed motors for the double motion scraper agitator with cross paddles. The entire agitator assembly tilts out of the vessel via a self-contained hydraulic cylinder. With an attached control panel with gauges, controls, and a chart recorder, the vessel is on legs and has a bottom center outlet. Mounted on a portable base with casters.
