The rotary force feeders are bottom driven and can be easily removed at any point of time. There is also an electromagnetic clutch that is fitted with this device that makes it easier to carry out the operations.

High speed double sided rotary tablet press machine has got an internal helical gear ring as well as a pinion drive which can facilitate smooth and efficient running of the machine. Additionally, the main motor is supported by an VFD drive and the feeder motors are backed by an VFD drive. The operational team can set all the tablet parameters from outside the tableting zone.

The suitable model can be selected based on the tooling and output requirement from the 45, 61, 69 & 75 station with “D”, “B” & “BB” tooling respectively.
