The IBL Vapor Phase SV360 is a compact, front-loading soldering machine designed for both individual and series production. It’s known for its superior solder quality, making it ideal for soldering BGAs or LGAs. The machine features a 2-chamber design for efficient operation and low fluid consumption. It provides an oxygen-free environment for soldering, ensuring no overheating of components and maintaining a consistent temperature throughout the assembly.
The SV360 is equipped with an automatic carrier for input and output, an integrated cooling fan, and an energy management system. It operates a fully automatic solder cycle, with an adjustable solder automatic. The machine also includes a fluid level check and automatic liquid filtering.
In terms of technical specifications, the SV360 measures 1450 mm in length, 1000 mm in depth, and 1400 mm in height, and weighs 345 kg. It can accommodate a maximum board size of 560 x 360 x 80 mm. The machine requires a liquid agent filling of 10 kg and a water connection of ½” / 2,5-5 bar / 1,5 l/min. It has a maximum heating capacity of 5,2 kW and an average power consumption of 2,8 kW/h.
