The IMA Gima FTO511 Overwrapper is an ultra-high-speed overwrapping machine designed for maximum performance. It incorporates a continuous carton feeding system to prevent products from pushing against each other, both at the start and at the end of the line. This machine is capable of handling up to 500 packages per minute (ppm).

The FTO511 is fitted with a tear-tape unit, a double reel holder, and an automatic film splicing device. It has the processing capability for all heat-sealable films, such as PP, PVC, and Cellophane. The web-width can be up to 150 mm running on reels with a maximum diameter of 300 mm and a minimum core diameter of 76.2 mm.

In terms of technical data, the FTO511 has a production range of minimum 30 to maximum 75 for dimension A, 12 to 30 for dimension B, and 30 to 140 for dimension C. It operates at a pressure of 6 bar and has an average power consumption of 20 kW. The maximum air consumption is 100 Nl/min, and the machine weighs 2,200 Kg.
