DESCRIPTION:
Automatic blistering machine with visual inspection system for packaging regular-shaped products such as: round and oval tablets, sugar-coated tablets, hard and soft capsules, etc. The Winpack TR130 is a complete, very compact, blister packing machine, which was designed and manufactured taking into consideration GMP suggestions.

MAIN FEATURES:
Designed and built in perfect harmony with the most demanding needs, provides users with a solution to all problems of packaging, environment and management. All the stations are remarkably easy to access and all the movements are fully visible so that the line is very straightforward to clean. The product to be filled does not become contaminated as there is a net separation between the filling zone and the surrounding mechanical parts. The unit is managed by a microprocessor, the software is very simple and the machine is operator friendly due to the great simplicity and calarity of the control buttons.
The workflow is as follows. Forming of the thermoformable film in horizontal reciprocating motion. The thermoformed foil moves continuously in the filling station so allowing high efficiency filling. The sealing of the lidding film is done continuously by rollers according to the indications of the latest technology which allows for perfect sealing and low heating ot the product in the pockets. Thermo-regulation of the heating plates and of the sealing roller. The incomplete blisters are expelled immediately. The forming material can be PVC, PVDC, PE, coupled PVC, Aluminium, PP, ACLAR etc. Lidding material Aluminium or PP. The forming speed is widely adjustable. Equipped with TATTILE blister filling control device for the visual inspection of the blisters and vibratory hopper feeder COMER. Last blister formats worked: 35 x 91 mm, 63 x 91 mm.
