planned work for retrofit:
- new wiring of the electrical hydraulic components
- preparation of the required documentation (hydraulic diagrams, electrical wiring diagram, instructions)
- reconditioning of the guideway covers
- retrofitting a control point for positioning the X-axis and B-axis
- retrofitting of a electric cabinet and renewal of machine wiring
- retrofitting of new travel measuring systems
- drive motors and drives by Siemens motors will be renewed
- working up the guideway cover
- replacement of the wiper for guideway and cover
- creating the necessary documentation
- retrofitting a control panel with control
- cleaning and refurbishing the machine base

executed work:
- replacement of defective bearing of the worm wheel of the B-axis
- renewal the following hydraulic components:
- pressure switches, pressure gauges, solenoid valves, bubble memory
retrofitted safety shut off block for bubble memory
retrofitted protective cover for bubble memory
- replacement of the ball screw gear (disassemble the spindle nut, clean,
new ball bearings installed)
- replace defective bearing of the worm shaft B axis
- new electric motor for the hydraulic pump has been installed
- Rotary Table was repainted
