STAINLESS STEEL SERVICES process vessel in 316L stainless steel. Built to ASME VIII V1 in Dec. 1991. 800mm i/dia x 930mm deep incl 160mm deep dish, gross capacity 320 litres to top cover flange. Vessel is rated for 1 bar + full vac design pressure. External stainless steel limpet coil jacket to side and dish rated at 6 bar design, 9 bar test and is insulated and stainless clad. 90C d.t. vessel and jacket. 40mm dia bottom outlet with valve. Two stage mixer fitted, LIGHTNIN type HS155 with an A310 impellor and a six blade radial disc, driven from a 1.5kw 940 rpm Flp motor via a speed reduction gearbox. Top dish connections include a 150mm dia chargeport, vessel light plus 20mm and 32mm ports. Bottom dish has a temperature probe. Vessel has 4 x s/s legs with castors.
