DESCRIPTION:
This unit is a ropp capper featuring complete accessibility and adjustments all located on the operator side. This capper can also be incorporated in a monoblock with a tablet counting machine. This Capper is designed to thread and seal aluminum caps onto rigid containers. The capping heads can be adjusted for an assortment of container shapes, diameters, and heights. The sealing & threading pressure can be easily adjusted. Centering guides fitted in the heads ensure that bottle is centered properly before capping to ensure precise and accurate capping.

MAIN FEATURES:
This capping machine is designed with an easy operation process. Containers are fed to the machine by a conveyor belt, while caps are continuously fed by a vibratory bowl and chute to the containers, that, being allocated into the star-wheel pockets, pick up the caps by simply passing underneath the chute. Once the caps have been placed on the bottles, these are conveyed to the capping station where they are lifted up and sealed by means of a rotating sealing head. The capped containers are then conveyed onto the exit belt conveyor. Simplicity of use, quick size change-over and compact overall design.
