This Rotary Tablet Press machine is constructed of welded steel, all parts that are in contact with the product are in stainless steel.

Solid structure, easy use and easy cleaning make the Kilian tablet press suitable to meet the medium production capacities of companies in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical sectors. Machine compliant with international safety standards. The machine is suitable for high pressure tablet-making both by pre-compressing powders and/or compressing material directly. Allows the mounting of multiple moulds, of any kind and shape of mould and punch. Requires very low maintenance, and lubrication is carried out by an electric centrifugal pump. Easy to clean, the external structure is made of steel panels and transparent polycarbonate doors that can be completely lifted, which allows easy maintenance, easy accessibility for format change and mechanical interventions. The unit is equipped with a series of upper punches, dies, for round shape tablets of 18 mm diameter, the lower punches are missing.
