Labeler was rebuilt in 2011 and rewired with PLC controller instead of electro-mechanical relays. Capable of speeds of 250+ BPM. Rear aggregate was removed before we bought it from Flying Dog Denver operation. Rebuilding consisted of changing all bearings and bushings in the aggregate, new magazines and grippers. Comes with glue pump, all photoeye controls and lots of spare parts. Typically operated it in the 125 BPM range for 12 oz. bottles. Both body and neck label magazines.
Change parts for 750ml bottler operation as well. Then the unit runs at about 75 bpm.
