DESCRIPTION:
This pharmaceutical grade parts washing drying machine is designed to meet the needs of the most demanding customers and to comply with international standards in order to provide high level performance together with easy access to components, all in a small footprint. This washing system has been developed and designed keeping in mind the high level of cleaning required in the pharmaceutical industry.

MAIN FEATURES:
High washing and rinsing performance using strong jets of heated water added with specific detergents and disinfectants. Flexibility to allow washing of a wide range of accessory items such as trays, small glass bottles, injectors, pumps, compression tools, feed hoppers, bottles and caps. Reduced overall dimensions and utility consumption. The washing chamber is made entirely of polished stainless steel. Wash and rinse cycles, temperature can be set. Once the cycle is selected, the washer automatically processes the load through the programmed treatments. Cleaning chemicals liquid level detection and 2 peristaltic pumps. Racks for parts washing.
