Macofar Capsule Filler Model CD-40 Automatic Capsule Filler. Unit was manufactured in 1999 and is constructed of Stainless Steel, with all Stainless Steel/Sanitary contact parts. Includes: 2. Sets of Change Parts, Sizes “0” and “00” and can produce up to 40,000 capsules per hour. Can fill from size “00” to “5” capsules with the proper change parts. Comes equipped with two capsule filling stations, faulty capsule reject, capsule ejection with empty sorting unit and vacuum on dosing tubes for product pre-compaction. Complete with plexiglass guarding, emergency and safety push buttons for simultaneous stopping of all moving parts of machine. Gross weight: 3,000 pounds.
