Manesty Betapress 16 station rotary tablet press, output up to 90,000 tablets per hour. Slotted turret for shaped tablets, max. tablet diameter 16mm, pre-compression 7.5kN, main compression 65kN.

The Manesty Betapess is a single sided rotary tablet press, incorporating high speed tabletting design features of pre and main compression stages combined with a twin paddle rotary feeder for efficient die filling. The variable speed drive system provides low to high output rates with the low tooling costs of only 16 Stns. Ideally suited to small / medium batch sizes and also pilot / development scale applications. The machine has all round interlocked guarding. The machine has been recently refurbished.
