 This is a recent line of conditioning (2011), at 10 cycles per minute (possible 11), little used and well maintained (one job / day for 5 years, stopped 2 years ago). It conditions the fresh pastry: millefeuilles, tarts, ...
The formats and rates are as follows:
Size 1: 186x115x60 mm. 10 packs per step x 6 cycles per min -> 60 packs / min or 3.600 packs / h
This format comes with 3 sets of shims (flat, groove width, groove length) to adjust the tray depths.
Format 2: (large format) 280x275x60 mm. 2 packs per step x 5 cycles per min (not optimized) -> 10 packs / min or 600 packs / h
Thermal tape printing of the DLUO on top film in automatic via dataflex videojet printer on trolley = possibility
90 ° lower roll stand for reduced overall dimensions with lower roll loading trolley
Double forming station (adjustable tray depth via forming wedges) + double cutting station (longitudinal + transverse) + double welding station = possibility to manage 2 different formats with very optimized change times
Ergonomic and spacious cargo area with 2 loading platforms on slide rail
2 pneumatic locking chuck for upper film reel
2 spot detection cells for top film (1 for each format)
Possibility of seeing the line on site (not working) and its production equivalent
Possibility empty gas / gas injection
Integrated selvedge nibbler
